The chat function is live and ideal for asking any questions you may have. In the menu, you will see the option ‘Chat’. If you click on it, a chat window will appear in the bottom-right of your screen. Here, you can ask your questions and discuss any comments you may have. During office hours, we will respond to your message asap. Outside office hours (weekdays after 5 pm and at weekends), we will respond to your message on the next working day.

Insights is supported by most popular browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.

We organize workshops to instruct users about Insights and all its functionality. Please sign up for one. If you like, you can also request a personal visit. Please do so through the chat function and- in consultation- we will plan an appointment with you.

Check whether the correct date has been selected. On occasion, your products are auctioned at a later time and as a consequence, the yield is not yet visible.
