You will receive a notification message approximately 5 to 10 minutes after the auction moment of your lots. With notification you directly know as when your lots have been auctioned.
Depending on the type of notification you see, you will receive more information. The notification and the push notification only contain a trigger that you have been auctioned, the email also provides an overview of auctioned lots.
There are 3 types of notifications. You can view the standard notification on the Floriday menu bar, via the icon just before your username. The push notification can be set per device you use. This works on Windows or Android devices, but not for iOS.
You will of course receive the email notification by email.
The standard (or Push) notification only states that you have been auctioned, and you can directly access Insights via the link provided to view an overview of your auctioned lots.
If you opt for an email notification, you will see the product code, the main sorting, the number of units sold, the number of units per unit, the average price and, if applicable, the part of the lot that has not been sold.
As soon as whatsapp becomes available in Floriday as a communication channel(*), notifications can also be received by whatsapp. The Whatsapp also contains a brief overview of all your auctioned lots.
(*) Floriday may request a fixed subscription amount for whatsapp in order to work with it.
Receiving notifications only works if you have a valid Insights Light or Basic subscription.
If Insights is already linked as an App in Floriday, a simple setting is sufficient to activate the notification.

In order to receive notifications in Floriday, Insights must be linked to Floriday. To do this, follow these steps:
After saving the API key (don't forget the 'Save button') you can now also receive notifications from Insights in Floriday.
Did you lose the API key or did something go wrong? You can always reconnect. First remove Insights as an app with the red button, and then add it again with the menu 'Settings - Apps & Links'.
