Insights is an app on Floriday. Using Insights, Floriday users have real-time access to price and market information. Every day, immediately after an auction, your clock prices (incl. clock presales), auction positions and numbers become available. You can then compare these results with the average prices of other suppliers at a glance. The app helps you to choose a good price for your direct trade and determine your sales strategy.

In Floriday, you have access to the Floriday app-store. Here, additional services are offered that facilitate more and better sales. These services are developed by third-parties, which are not a part of Floriday. There are currently two apps available. Hortiheat and Insights. Both are paid apps to which growers can subscribe.

Insights has been developed by Royal FloraHolland 

Insights has been developed for flower and plant growers who have an account on Floriday. Only if you’re logged in to Floriday can you access the Insights app.

Absolutely! In addition to your own data, Insights provides information on the average prices of other growers and product groups. Insights is also being enhanced to include trends and market developments. It will give you as grower a quick idea of what’s going on in the market so that you can respond swiftly and appropriately.

Insights consists of two packages. Every user with a Floriday account has free access to the dashboard.

If you need more insight, then you can subscribe to Insights Grow. In addition to the general data on the dashboard, Insights Grow also offers real-time access to clock statistics, you can easily compare yourself to the average supplier and quickly compare data to see how your products are performing in the market. You can also create your own dashboards with statistics.

The subscription fee for Insights Grow is € 50.00 per month for member-suppliers and € 70.00 per month for suppliers. The first month is free for all so that everyone can get used to the package. FloraneXt subscribers get Insights Grow free of charge until 31 December 2019.

When you register, you can opt for an indefinite subscription or a subscription with a termination date. You can specify the termination date of your subscription upon registering. This means that you will not use the service longer than necessary. Subscriptions can be terminated monthly.

Certainly. If you’re a seasonal grower who sells product at specific times of the year only, then you may prefer to opt for a temporary subscription. You can specify the termination date of your subscription upon registering.

If you wish to purchase an indefinite subscription or terminate a temporary subscription prematurely, then you can simply change the termination date in Settings at the top-right of the Insights screen.

When you wish to use Insights again, simply activate your subscription by going to Insights again and purchasing a new subscription.

If you wish to terminate your Insights subscription, simply enter a termination date in Settings at the top-right of the Insights screen. Your subscription will automatically stop after this date.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with Insights, please contact us via chat or support to tell us in what way.  Your input will be used to further optimize our services.

Yes, the first month is free for all first-time subscribers. This way, you can become acquainted with Insights’ functionality completely free of charge. If you opt for an indefinite contract, your subscription automatically becomes a paid subscription. You can specify the termination date of your subscription upon registering.

Insights is not a tool for buyers. Only growers have access to Insights’ data. The data collected there is not shared with customers in any other way.

Do you, as a buyer, currently use FloraneXt? Eventually, FloraneXt will be discontinued for you as buyer and you will receive replacement reporting in 2020. Buyers will be informed of this measure in due time.

Insights was developed in collaboration with a group of about 200 growers. We organised various user sessions with groups of growers to determine what they considered desirable and necessary in Insights. In addition, growers have been able to try Insights as pilot users for a long time. Many growers were visited personally to hear their user feedback. And all the pilot users were asked to provide online feedback about the app. Based on this feedback, Insights has continually been optimised.
